Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We ask that you let us know 24 hours prior to your scan time if you need to reschedule or cancel. We understand that emergencies pop up and we will work with you to rearrange things as best we can If you are late and choose to be scanned anyway, your time may be cut short. If you are a no show/no call to your appointment you will have to pay in full for another appointment.
